The Personal Journey That Started It All
When the pandemic began, my wife Mel and I faced a challenge many professionals encountered - we needed to find a remote location that matched our health needs, lifestyle preferences, and professional requirements. Despite our decades in real estate, we discovered something troubling: there was no comprehensive system to analyze the hundreds of variables that make a location truly "right" for a specific person.
The Problem We Discovered
Existing relocation resources offered generic data or individual testimonials, but nothing that could weigh dozens of personal factors - from climate preferences and safety concerns to cultural diversity and cost of living - into one comprehensive, personalized analysis.
Our Solution: The Birth of Clues
Drawing from our experience in real estate, mortgage lending, appraisal, and international living (Florida → Colorado → California → Spain→ London →), we created the Clues system.
